If your electricity meter is equipped with a compatible P1/HAN port, the dNode P1 should be connected to it. It's an RJ12 socket. Please use the provided cable for this purpose.
If you have connected your dNode P1 to your electricity meter but do not see the blue light and cannot find the device's WiFi, there could be several possible reasons for the issue. Here are some common problems and solutions:
Kablar och anslutningar: Se till att alla kablar är korrekt anslutna både till elmätaren och till dNode P1-enheten. Dubbelkolla att anslutningarna är säkra och att det inte finns några lösa kontakter.
WiFi configuration: If the device is not emitting any WiFi network, it may be because the WiFi function is not activated. Try resetting the device by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Faulty device: If the above measures do not resolve the issue, it is possible that your dNode P1 unit is defective. In that case, you may need to contact the manufacturer or retailer for support or a replacement
If you have connected your device correctly, you should be able to detect a WiFi network named 'dNode P1'. It may be because your meter is too far away from your computer, smartphone, or any other device you are trying to connect from.
