An important piece of the puzzle in succeeding with this is the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) department, which since the start-up in 2020 has played an important role in the development work within E.ON Energidistribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Novion was involved in the start-up of the PMO and then delivered for almost three years in different areas with different responsibilities and focuses. Novion's contribution included everything from strategic positions to operational commitment and was carried out as part of a team at the customer. With the support of Novion, the PMO pushed through an extensive restructuring of processes and working methods (resource allocation, planning, prioritization) in the development portfolio.
