To ensure compatibility with your specific electricity meter, it is recommended to consult the product manual or contact your provider (your DNO).<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"relative p-1 rounded-sm h-9 w-9 text-white flex items-center justify-center\">Please note that the P1 port on the electricity meter must also function as a power supply for a P1 device. Here are some common problems and solutions:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Activated meter<\/strong><br \/>Have you activated your electricity meter's P1\/HAN port? Some electricity network companies require customers to request activation of this port.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Power supply<\/strong>: Your electricity meter must supply power to the device (5V DC). Please check if your electricity meter is capable of providing power to P1 devices.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><p><strong>Kablar och anslutningar<\/strong>: Se till att alla kablar \u00e4r korrekt anslutna b\u00e5de till elm\u00e4taren och till dNode P1-enheten.
